Your information in Dispensify.

Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name, email and profile photo. Dispensify stores the business records entered by users, including expenses, payment details, vendor information and movement schedules. Depending on what you enter, records may include bank account and cheque details, vehicle numbers, site locations and notes.

Account information supports sign-in and attribution. Business records support the expense, payment and scheduling functions you use. Records are shared with people who have access to your business’s workspace.

Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore provide account and cloud storage services. The Android app includes Firebase Analytics, which may process app activity, device and diagnostic information. Google sign-in is handled by Google. Bank IFSC lookups are sent to Razorpay’s public IFSC service; this lookup does not send an account number.

Exports you choose to share leave the app through your selected destination. You control that sharing.

Cloud account and business information remains available while the service is used. Request account and associated personal data deletion using our deletion request page. We verify ownership before processing requests.

If retention is required for security, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance, we explain the affected data and reason when responding to your request. No particular legal retention exception is asserted for all records.
