Delete your Dispensify account.

Request deletion by email. You can make a request without installing or signing in to Dispensify.

Request deletion

  1. Email dispensify@styx.studio from the Google email address you use for Dispensify.
  2. Use the subject “Dispensify account deletion request” and ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
  3. We will verify account ownership before processing your request. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Opening an email does not submit the request. Send the email to start the process. You can also write directly to dispensify@styx.studio.

Data covered

Your request covers your Dispensify account and associated personal data, including your profile and linked expense, payment and schedule data.

If any data must be retained for security, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance, we will explain what is retained and why when responding to your request. We will confirm the expected processing time after verifying your request.

Deleting your Dispensify account does not delete your Google account.
